3. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and texting the keyword DROPALERT to our designated number, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications from TDS Creative related to file-drop alerts. Message frequency varies depending on activity. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile opt-in information and consent is not shared with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the requested SMS messaging service. This does not include our SMS platform provider (Twilio), who processes messages on our behalf solely to deliver our messaging service.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by texting START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
4. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to opt-in and contact records is limited to personnel who need it to operate our messaging program.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery platform. Twilio processes message content and phone numbers solely to transmit messages on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy practices, available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time as described in Section 3.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
